Brixr operates an AI “marketing twin” platform that connects to your social media accounts, learns your brand and audience, generates marketing content, schedules and publishes content you approve, and helps brands and creators form partnerships and settle payments. • Account information — your email address, display name, account role (brand or creator), and a generated agent identifier used to route messages between agents.
• Connected accounts — when you connect a social account (for example, Instagram), we collect your handle and the access tokens you authorize, and we retrieve publicly available profile details, posts, images, and engagement signals to build and operate your twin.
• Content & campaign data — campaigns, deals, messages, briefs, and the captions, images, and videos your twin generates, together with your approvals and edits.
• Payment information — payments are processed by our payment provider, who acts as Merchant of Record. We do not store full card numbers. We receive limited billing metadata such as customer and subscription identifiers, plan, and transaction status.
• Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, and API usage we collect automatically to operate and secure the Service.
• Local storage— we use your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences (see “Cookies & local storage”).

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Train and run your marketing twin — analyze your accounts, generate content, schedule posts, and match partnerships;
• Process payments, payouts, and platform fees;
• Communicate with you, including service, security, and support messages;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We use third-party AI models (including Google’s Gemini and Veo) to analyze your connected accounts and generate marketing content. Content is produced automatically and may be inaccurate or unsuitable; you are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not permit our providers to use your personal data to train their own general-purpose models except as needed to deliver the Service.

We share information with service providers (sub-processors) who process it on our behalf to deliver the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing, subscriptions, and creator payouts (Stripe Connect)
• Google (Gemini / Veo) — AI content generation
• Supabase — database and file storage hosting
• Apify — collection of publicly available social data
• Render, Vercel — application and infrastructure hosting
• Meta and other social platforms — to read public data and publish content you approve
• Project NANDA — decentralized agent discovery registry

We may also disclose information to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, and safety of Brixr, our users, or others. If Brixr is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period to comply with legal, accounting, tax, and reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time (see “Your rights”).

Depending on where you live — for example, under the GDPR in the EEA/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can disconnect a social account or close your account at any time. To exercise your rights, email hello@brixr.ai. We will respond consistent with applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We use your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences, and we use limited, privacy-respecting diagnostics to operate and improve the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear local storage through your browser settings, though doing so will sign you out.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, hashing of API keys, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials and API keys confidential.

We operate globally, and your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and India, which may have different data protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
